I had an excellent experience with LG Plumbing. Alex responded very quickly to my inquiry, and Luis and his partner arrived right on time. After investigating my issue, they clearly explained the situation in detail and went over the costs of the available options.
They not only fixed the clog but also reset the entire pipe under my kitchen sink to resolve a long-standing leak I’d been dealing with for years. When an unexpected issue came up due to the old building plumbing, Luis returned within an hour to fix everything, even though it wasn’t really his responsibility. Luis is such a gentleman and helped our entire building solve its issues.
I really appreciate their professionalism, use of advanced tools, and the camera inspection they showed me after clearing the clog — it gave me confidence in their work. I am very happy to have found them and strongly recommend that our HOA consider hiring them, especially since our current plumber is retiring.
